Many if not most of the projects we have undertaken have had an element of research to, at the very least, better provide similar projects in future.  In these projects, we often work collaborate with experts from several key international and US-based academic institutions to ensurethe design of the research element including the collection of data is inline with the necessary protocols and provide for findings that are useful.  We are able to utilize this established network of experts and academic institutions on an as needed basis in the interest of any particular project.

A key component of initiating and managing humanitarian and development projects is to ensure that the necessary skills of the staff and volunteers tasked with carrying out the activities of the project are present.  We are able to provide training and support within organisations and for particular projects to ensure each person has the tools needed to perfom their given task. Further, we design and deliver courses, seminars, as well as provide custom-designed training or lectures to disseminate needed information among members of the public, youth, host communities, corporations and humanitarian and academic organisations.

We partner with organisations to design, develop and manage humanitarian and development projects that have gone through our rigorous in-house assessment. Our work often leads to multi-disciplinary, multi-speciality agency and private sector collaboration in needs determination and implementation.
